Pet Rent: A monthly pet rent of $40 per pet will be charged.
Pet Deposit: A refundable pet deposit of $350 per pet is required. This deposit is to cover any damage caused by the pet to the apartment or common areas.
2. Restrictions on Pet Types and Breeds
Weight Limit: Dogs weighing over 50 pounds at full maturity are not allowed.
Prohibited Dog Breeds:
For the safety and insurance purposes, the following dog breeds (including mixed breeds) are not permitted:
Pit Bull Terriers
Rottweilers
German Shepherds
Presa Canarios
Chows Chows
Doberman Pinschers
Akitas
Wolf-hybrids
Mastiffs
Cane Corsos
Alaskan Malamutes
Siberian Huskies
Other Prohibited Pets: We do not allow rodents, reptiles, amphibians, or exotic animals such as ferrets, snakes, and spiders.
3. Number of Pets
Each apartment is allowed a maximum of two (2) pets.
4. Pet Care and Responsibilities
All pets must be registered with the leasing office.
Pets must be spayed or neutered.
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in common areas.
Owners must clean up after their pets.
Pets should not be left unattended on balconies or patios.
Barking and other pet noises must be kept to a minimum to not disturb neighbors.
5. Legal Exceptions
Not withstanding the restrictions mentioned above, we comply with all local and federal laws regarding service animals and emotional support animals. These animals are exempt from our pet policy restrictions, but owners must provide proper documentation and follow all local regulations regarding registration and care of the animal.
